Die Sendung der Newsletter würde zuerst blockiert. Ich müsste dann den Support kontaktieren und Liz hat mir sehr gut geholfen das Problem zu lösen.
Just getting started with the platform. So far, it seems user-friendly and Esther quickly responded and help with any questions I had.
Mooie app, maar ik moet wel zeggen dat ik het net aan het ontdekken ben.
best customer service with quick and helpful responses i lucky to speak to Wendy on two occasions, and by far she was very patient and guided me thru all the steps .
The app it self is very easy to navigate as i have tried others and by no doubt this one i find the most action when coming to have my store run functionally
J'utilise cette application pour des relances mails, les relance sms sont payantes (1€ par sms) bien trop cher à ce niveau du coup.
The App is Fantastic, I had some difficulties but Liz was able to guide me through. Kudos to her.
The app works well, but I hope they will update the editing process and the design. It feels a little bit outdated. However the customer service is perfect. Esther helped to solve my problem in just a few seconds.
Amazing support service (Hana was really nice and helpful, 5-star service), but the web is a little messy. Also, there are great templates to use for your emails.

Esther and Toby were great at helping me navigate some technical issues. Set up was not as streamline as it could be.
I downloaded this app for their automated workflows which helps with easily planning the CRM journey for my customers. Easy enough to use though not the most intuitive, but I have gotten strong support from the team who is very helpful and open to hear suggestions on how it can be improved. Appreciate all the help from the team :) Will continue to use this app and test out the other functions.
