Avada Email Marketing & SMS

I started using this app for my store since few days. Needed to work on certain customizations acc to my store theme, for which had requested to help from avada customer support. Must say their service is great! Had flooded with my questions and everything... and there are so many faeature like welcome email , Abandoned cart and so many feature. i like the app so much.

This app is great and have amazing support, I had a great experience with Hana and she helped me through out the whole process.

i was struggling to find an app i like for automated emails _abandoned cart etc) and come across AVA. Platform is brilliant, easy to use and helps put together great emails easily! Had one slight issue, but Liz helped me get it resolved quickly! Would recommend

I chose this app mainly because of price, as my business and store is new. However, I'm glad I picked them. For a beginner, it has been easy to set up and customize things that I want. However, the biggest positive has been their support team. I've ran into multiple roadblocks while testing my site, and they have responded and helped me fix every issue VERY QUICKLY. The customer service from their help team has been tremendous!
