Avada Email Marketing & SMS

I started with Avada's size chart tool and the support I received from that team lead me to implement their Email Marketing platform. Once again the support team provided me with unbelievable support. Candance was amazing! Patient and professional. Now I am looking for other Avada products/tools to implement. YES I would refer to a friend!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful, professional, and informative. Answered all of my questions quickly and was very friendly. If she shows what Ava customer service is, that in on itself is a reason to get this app!

Even though I don't exactly fancy myself a tech whiz, I knew that venturing into email marketing was crucial for my business’s success. Initially, trepidation washed over me, but oh boy, did it turn out to be exhilaratingly misplaced. This gem of an app doesn’t only welcome you with its impeccable user interface - it also dazzles you with its fabulous templates at no cost!
What topped off this satisfying experience was the stellar customer service; absolutely unmatchable! In all honesty, I figured an automated bot would pop up when I used their chat feature - yet lo and behold - Abby appeared; a delightful human primed to lend assistance right there on the spot.
Abby certainly embodied 'above-and-beyond', initially assisting with my questions about the review aspect of the app then unexpectedly helping iron out another separate query regarding email marketing. Both admiration and glee consume me when reflecting on not only her unparalleled problem-solving skills but also her unwavering friendliness.
