It's fine. You can get help form the support anytime you need (as Jasmine helped me) but it has happened a few times that I needed help, because something didn't work
Wooow, a really perfect app for my shop
Most everything I attempted to do during installation and configuration resulted in a Support intervention and subsequent escalation. In one instance, learned that my store was "magento" version so this Avada feature (inserting dynamic images in email template) won't work. Yet selecting the widget somehow remains a selectable option. Too many "delete cache & cookie" responses from support meaning that F/E devs have done a terribad job of cache management on the client side resulting in a lot of data-presentation issues. Example: information displayed on your dashboard is not current or accurate compared to what Avada Support is seeing at that same time. Sorry/Not-Sorry but had to move on to a new product evaluation.
The app is very intuitive and easy to use! Lydia in customer support was so kind in getting us up and running. I am excited to use the Avada platform for our store!

Best Email Marketing App. And their support team is no 1. I got support from one lady named Jasmine and she done her job perfectly!
I've just added this app and it's easy. I had a couple of questions. The online chat was immediately available (important for me in Australia where I usually have to wait ages for a reply due to time zones) and Daisy was very helpful. My questions were answered in minutes. Thanks!
I set up the pop-up on shopify and noticed there was a teaser at the top left hand corner. I did not know where to go to remove it and contacted Ava live chat. Emily was really helpful and walked me through the steps to remove it. I also deleted the app cos after enabling the pop-up, there was a message on Shopify interface to say the app does not have customisable features, so i thought there was no way to remove the teaser and enable the pop-up using other triggers in the free version. She was a lifesaver! An area of improvement on the interface. It would have been helpful to somehow let the user know on the "Forms" landing page that the image was clickable and that you needed to click on it to get to the customisable features.
