Has been good using Avada Email with my shopify store thecuppa.co.uk
Recently had an issue updating my campaign and Hana help me sort it out. Really good customer service.
The best email marketing application for me. I have tested many that I deleted because they were too complicated or not sharp or customizable enough. Avada is perfect and allows me to manage everything easily even though it is in English (I am French and my shop is in France). The big plus: the support team is great. Sunny responded within seconds and solved my problem within minutes. I am very happy!
Still new to the app. however, the customer service has been great. Any issues or questions we had were answered or looked into. So far, the app is great, and I highly recommend it.
