Great app, great support. There are some technical issues but the support is very quick and they help you instantly. So far I am satisfied, looking forward to use all the features. I'm still new to this app.

This is a great app to use to recover abandoned checkout. The customer service team is really great and helpful. Spoke to Lucy, one of the customer service members, she is really great. She is really helpful and explain everything well. She got good patience level.

Customization Options:
The level of customization this app offers is impressive. I've been able to tailor it to my specific needs, and it works like a charm.

I used the chat function because I couldn't upload my manifest list and Hakim was amazing! He was quick and got everything working for me right away!
