I needed help twice on my newsletter setup. Both times, the support was really quick, like within seconds! Today Daisy helped me once again on a task I struggled with. She was so kind and helpful, she resolved my issue herself without giving me confusing instructions! Totally recommend AVADA

I had several questions on pricing and features in regards to using this App. Their are so many to choose from & I was able to reach customer service right away. I spoke with Lydia & she was extremely knowledgeable on the features & pricing plans. She answered all of my questions quickly & was extremally polite. I am excited to start using this App knowing that I have great support right there if I need it!

I just started using the app and possibly too early to rate but within my first hour of using the app I think I will continue on this app. I am finding it very useful and the biggest thing for me has been the live chat. Liz from live chat came to my rescue while I was trying to enable first campaign and she was super helpful and guided me through steps. I have not come across such levels of service with any other app and Liz .....you were great and I wish everyone else can offer support like you did.
