Avada Email Marketing & SMS

I've received support from Jazmine and Esther and they were both really nice and helpful. They were able to help me resolve some little issues I had with the app. As of right now, the app is really good.

I switched from another popular email marketing app because the other app had greatly reduced my mobile Google PageSpeed Insight score, which is not a good thing. I've been super thrilled with this app and the support I received. Moreover, I achieved my goal regarding the mobile PageSpeed score; it was not impacted by this app at all, which is great. There were initially some compatibility issues between this app and one of the other apps as well as my theme but they fixed it and everything is working great now. My issue was resolved in less than 24hrs; my initial request was at the end of their support hours and they asked me if it was ok for them to get on it the next day and I said, "no prob" and they were on it before I even checked the next day. Lots of features and a very reasonable pricing structure.

Great app to have. The staff at Avada is extremely supportive of the product and are there for you. I had Jasmine help me out on setting up everything from popup, return workflow, abandon cart campaign , and setting everything to best practice. So Jasmine you get 2 thumbs and five stars. After trying 8 different email & popup apps, I landed on Avada. As business owners, it's not just about the app features, but the service as well.

- Simple interface
- Takes care of the emails and pop up, and automation I needed. No need to have any other app for that
- 1000+ contacts from the getgo in the free plan;and even more if you contact them.

Today I had a special request to accommodate my site needs. Something that I wasn't able to find with any other apps. So when it came time for me to contact Avada to explain my request, I wasn't expecting it to be an easy thing. As a matter of fact, 3 lively ladies ended up helping me; and Hanna got it all done! She understood my request and was very professional. She knew exactly what she needed from me to get it done...and Voilá! All done! I couldn't thank her enough because I know she had to work some magic!

Great Support from team to help with enable popup on shopify store very good app for promotional popups

Lucy was exceptional and very knowledgeable of her products and how to lead me and assist me tonight. She answered every question I had and helped me through the process. I have never had a chat room support person that assisted me. So pleasant to work with. A true support person. She is a ROCK STAR!
