Many technical functions not working and often have to conctact support to have basic functions enabled

Support always seems to be available, was able to even work with Hana over a holiday weekend on a Sunday. She was a great help.
I didn't use the app right now, I will test the sms and email automation systems. But the support team was perfect. Thanks to Hana!
