User friendly and Abby was so so helpful with a couple of questions I had when contacting customer support
He's the best! The free plan is already very interesting ... The PRO plan is also the cheapest I have found and the best "Cost x Benefit". 5 stars

After trying 8 different email & popup apps, I landed on Avada. As business owners, it's not just about the app features, but the service as well.
Here's what I picked and like Avada:
- I can set it up on my phone
- They have email templates included
- Simple interface
- Takes care of the emails and pop up, and automation I needed. No need to have any other app for that
- 1000+ contacts from the getgo in the free plan;and even more if you contact them.
Today I had a special request to accommodate my site needs. Something that I wasn't able to find with any other apps. So when it came time for me to contact Avada to explain my request, I wasn't expecting it to be an easy thing. As a matter of fact, 3 lively ladies ended up helping me; and Hanna got it all done! She understood my request and was very professional. She knew exactly what she needed from me to get it done...and Voilá! All done! I couldn't thank her enough because I know she had to work some magic!

I have used Avada's APP in different stores; it is rich in functions and easy to use, thanks to Jasmine for her patient guidance.

In free tier only Avada is providing 400 emails/day which is really good to go options for startups with less than 500 contacts like me. I recommend Avada email marketing app and customer support is on top particularly 'Audrey' who supported me for all my needs in email marketing automations. Thanks.
