Avada Email Marketing & SMS

Customer service is very nice, app also works good! I am very happy to send my customers now sms text to increase sales.

Initially, this looks like a really good alternative to the more established providers like Klaviyo and Omnisend. With a lot of options and good logic for setting up flows. However, in my experience its full of bugs to the point where you dont trust the system at all. So you will find yourself constantly reaching out for support, and although support is fast and available - its mostly useless. Everything gets escalated to the "tech team", and from there nothing really happens and you need to actively push your case everyday only to get the same generic responses. They say you get a dedicated manager on the highest tiered plan - but you dont.

To bad. This could have been a really good ESP. Tip to Avada: Get your act together, and focus on quality over quantity. No need for 24h support when they cant help at all. I have a feeling this app will collect a lot of bad reviews to come. Only reason for not giving 1 star is because if it did work it would probably be the best option out there.

Support is very helpful should any issues come up! Quick and effective; focused on getting things resolved.

This app is RADICAL amazing very helpful and the support team extremly kind and knowlegable and they help me in every way to understand , must have this app if you are online store want to recover carts.

I downloaded this app for their automated workflows which helps with easily planning the CRM journey for my customers. Easy enough to use though not the most intuitive, but I have gotten strong support from the team who is very helpful and open to hear suggestions on how it can be improved. Appreciate all the help from the team :) Will continue to use this app and test out the other functions.

Great app to use on your store makes it look like a full blown A-1 business I've felt 100% better ever since I installed the email marketing app on my store im so pleased with Avada and there customer service is top . Sunny was wonderful in helping me as well as the rest of them any time I reach out for help!!!

Very good app, with a very easy interface, It helped me to add an SMS feature to my website, I had 1 or 2 douts regarding pricing, and Hana from the live chat support team helped me to clear my doubts in a professional and friendly way, you have good support persons.

Hana was so knowledgeable with my issue and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service! quick to resolve !
