I love this app because is kind of a one stop shop where everything is all in one app such as reviews, emails, abandoned cart

Great app to have. The staff at Avada is extremely supportive of the product and are there for you. I had Jasmine help me out on setting up everything from popup, return workflow, abandon cart campaign , and setting everything to best practice. So Jasmine you get 2 thumbs and five stars. The customer support "Candace" is very helpful! The app work smoothly and the support helped me fix the issue immediately right after I contacted them and inform them about the problem.

I just transferred over to this app from Mailchimp and am happy I did! Their customer service is amazing! Jasmine has answered my questions so quickly! So far I feel it is superior to Mailchimp with all the customization with email layouts and customer journey emails. Glad I have switched!

I am using this app to help me create more personalized emails. Specifically a first time customer (with coupon code) vs repeat customer thank you email. It did take some time to get everything verified, but once complete it's very streamline. Also, they have great technical support.
