The customer service has been incredible with this app. Prakash, Lydia and Ester have been especially helpful. Whenever I use the live chat there is always someone there to help me right away and they're always happy to help solve any issue and help me navigate through the site.

Super easy to use ! They have everything I need in this app- templates for the newsletter, my SMS/email subscribers, automation campaigns, and support is quick to respond when you need help! All store owners need this app !

The app has great functionalities and it is very easy to use. I have used other apps for marketing before and this is much cleaner and easier to use...which saves us a lot of time. Also, customer care is great...and has been proactive in offering to help, with Jasmine for example.
