Jasmine was very quick to respond and helpful in getting the AVA branding removed ASAP from my marketing emails. Unfortunately, my email server (gmail) identified their test emails as spam, which made me concerned about the effectiveness of this app in the future. Jasmine was quick to help and test the website from her end to confirm her email server was not identifying my email as spam. We found out that this occurred because both the sending and receiving email were from the same address, so this should not happen in a real environment.
Im just new so not sure about the performance of the app, however super customer service from Candace!!!! Just what you need as being new apps can be difficult to navage at the start.
This app is undoubtedly the best all-in-one marketing tool I've come across in the last 3 years of running an online business and I have used several of them, mostly using Mailchimp up until now, and this app is leaps ahead in terms of its functionality, built it ready to go flows and SMS. Also, the customer support received by Jasmine was 10/10 she has amazing and is a real asset. So far I'm very happy with everything.

The team at Avada is awesome, I was having issues with importing contacts and adding them to a flow, I was at the point of unisntalling the app as I was really frustrated due to the app limitation. But the team stepped in and found a solution to the problem. Thank you guys.

My experience with AVADA's customer service has been extra ordinary. Jasmine clarified my queries about what is wrong with the automation I have set up and she helped me rectify the issues. She also helped me set up another workflow very quickly. She recommended some good practises that will help my business.
