i had the best help a person could ask for, very polite and friendly. a complete pleasure to be helping me with my store. one of the nicest people i have ever had helping me.
I love the customer support chat feature. Im always so clueless on things and the customer service team always helps me figure things out with quickness. Audrey was super helpful
I am a client of avada and have had a great experience with the company. I have used the product for 4 months and have had no issues or problems. The customer service is on point. I have also had a great experience using the product. I have had a few issues with the product and avada was quick and helpful in getting me fixed. I would recommend avada to anyone looking to upgrade to a more reliable and user friendly product

I like Esther's enthusiastic help, but I encountered another customer service attitude that was very poor. I don't like it. Overall, this app has a lot of functions. I'm considering whether to buy its service, and I'm still trying it
I was hesitating between this app and another one, and I'm so glad I chose this one!! I had some technical issue for a good 40min, contacted customer support, Jasmine was so great...she was patient with me, and helped me fix...I already love this app! Definitely recommend it!! THank you Jasmine :)

A very helpful and easy to use platform for email marketing purposes. I was hesitant of how to proceed at first but Avada made the transition very smooth.
