They have the best support and the fastest turnaround time I have ever seen. Abby is the best at customer service.
I like that it has several features in one app. I am still new to and learning it at this point and only using the Free version right now.

I am totally in love with the amazing features and easy to use interface. The email builder allows you so much flexibility and you are able to create such creative and professional emails. You will never find better support anywhere else! They are literally on call 24/7 and make sure all your queries are seen to. I will honestly never change my email provider....ever! Thanks guys.

I haven't used the app enough to provide my honest opinion about it, However, I just spoke to Liz in the support chat and she's is awesome!! Very polite and swift support, solving my problem right a way! Thanks Liz! :)
this app is wayy better than the other abandoned cart email and their chat is just really really Helpful!

So far, it has been a great experience and I am looking forward to using all of its features for my marketing needs.
It's pretty good so far, love it! I love how it syncs your contacts back to shopify, a lot of the other apps don't do that.
