It's a great app, very mindful when developed, but not an easy one to set. New users might get lost when setting up as there is a lot of work to do. But don't worry, they have 24/7 customer service! Liz and Drake have been so patient with me, love them both:) PS: Love to see the templates got so many combinations for users to edit.

So far Ava Email is easy to use and makes you look great while doing it. I'm still setting everything up but when I hit a small snag in the design part of my welcome email, I was able to connect with Emily, not in minutes it was seconds. I couldn't believe how quickly she replied. Emily was able to resolve my problem and I was back editing my welcome email in no time. If everything turns out like her support I think this will be a winning email marketing program! I'll edit this in a few months to let you know.

Not sure how they received 5 stars. This app has given me so many problems over the last few months. Ive tried to be patient but when emails don't send out when you schedule them or even select "send now", coupon codes generate by themselves and send out randomly, the segments are never accurate and we cant rely on them, this has caused a bit of frustration for many of my clients. I like the convenience of the automations and segments but its not worth the frustration. :(. Customer service is ok but they are not available during USA hours. I hope no one else experiences the glitches I have had with this app and the customer service seems to be available off and on at different times and they respond when they want.

Hana from customer support is really helpful, the app seems to be working good so far, it has been sending out my abandoned cart emails on time.

Not only the app but also the customer service is the best. The app has the best templates and very easy to set up. Don't waste your time for searching other apps, this is the one. Am fully satisfied. You have all kinds of reports as well from this app, which will help you all the way.
