Je débute dans ce domaine et avec cette application mais je peux vous affirmer que le service client est vraiment top; J'ai été en communication avec Abby et malgré mon inexpérience et mes questions mal formulés elle m'a apporté toutes l'aides nécessaire, a répondu et solutionné tous sur quoi je bloquais; Mille merci à ABBY
Just started using this app about 3 months ago maybe more. It is amazing! We use the spinwheel... Works every time. And Daisy is Fantastic, courteous, friendly, and really cares about Small Businesses. If you have any issues, she and the team will solve it quickly. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Had numerous issues with this app and would not recommend anyone to use it. Save your money and the hassle. Your email will not send properly, your sms's will link other websites that youre not familiar with or simply not work at all and so many other issues. Beware!

Rainy here from AVADA. I deeply apologize for your experience. After checking the issue you reported, I see that we already resolved them.
There is one thing left is the SMS segment which you changed after going live the campaign. So basically it would not implement the change because all logs are created - this is the normal logic. However, we are happy to refund the SMS amount that you do not use.

Super easy to use if you have no coding experience, very visual and your website doesn't take a hit on speed like some other plug-in pop-up apps. App support works some long hours as someone always appears to answer and help with questions around usage. Esther helped me set up coupons in automated emails at 10.30 pm! Liz also helped with getting a technical issue resolved
Good App so far, except a bit slow to update sometimes.

Very nice support, the apps runs quite smoothly, just a bit issue in syncing product of dynamic collection from shopify to email, but the team support so well. Highly recommend
