something wrong with the app it doesnt work but they told me and refund the money all good now
The app is pretty straight forward and is pretty user friendly if you don't have a lot of experience with marketing and website pop ups. If you do run into an issue a quick chat with the support team will help fix that in no time!
Shout out to Hana who helped sort an issue in super speed and was really friendly!

Recently had an issue updating my campaign and Hana help me sort it out. Really good customer service.
Finally a great prodyuct with great service. Esther has been a great help with me in every step of the way solving even the simplest of queries. Most importantly, I would always get instant support. Kudos to the team and I highly recommend Avada for all things shopify.
Nolan from customer support helped me resolve the issue with emails. The application seems to be functional and we will be testing it. I only miss customer segmentation by language/domain, which they claim they will work on. Otherwise, the application seems to be good value for money.

They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive, providing me with quick solutions to the setup issues I encountered with my e-commerce website. Their professionalism and dedication truly had a positive impact. I highly recommend their support services.
Liz has been helping through my setup and it has been amazing. It is a fairly straight forward process but questions do come up. Liz had all the answers, right away. You can send your URL so the support team knows exactly what's going on. I wish other web companies had support like this.
