Avada Email Marketing & SMS

Not used the app/service for long, but both times I have contacted the online chat, I had a response within seconds and an answer to my questions. Thanks for the great service so far.

I love using Avada. I appreciate that whenever I can't figure something out the support staff is always able to help me trouble shoot any issues that arise. Liz assisted me most recently and she was a pleasure to work with.

This is a recent app to my Shopify and it's been great and easy to use. Plus the costumer service is great! They have helped me with any problems i've had!

I received support today in order to verify my account with Prakash and it went wonderfully. I was having issues with the regular chat so I switched to FB messenger and we got reconnected in minutes! Awesome quick & helpful support from this guy and would highly recommend it. Thanks again!
