STAY AWAY!! Don't lose your time and money. It doesn't work well and on top of that it made me lose money and worse sales. The support is the worst I even seen.
Very disappointed with Avado. I spent the time personalizing my emails to automatically send and it appeared that they were working on the issue, but they were not. Left me with no explanation or explanation.
Scam!
They promise you "unlimited contacts and emails" for $16 plan or at least what they state. BUT it is only when you install their app you will see that it is not unlimited, but in fact is very well limited to only 500 contacts...

I downloaded this app for the abandoned cart function as well as getting started with email marketing. From the moment I added it, I've been receiving email marketing from AVADA, which I have pressed unsubscribe on repeatedly. After unsubscribing 4 times, I am still receiving their emails, which breaches national privacy laws. My experience with this software is terrible. Not to mention the terrible english throughout their platform, how can I expect them to carry out my email marketing respectfully if they aren't even treating me respectfully? I do not recommend, pick any other service. I'm also fairly certain that their reviews are fake, because I am shocked that every other customer is experiencing 5 star service, that's simply not true.

A pesar de que Liz es maravillosa, el cartel de bienvenida no se ajusta a los moviles algo imprescindible y despues no se porque quieren acceder todo el tiempo a tu tienda en shopify y que le des acceso a todas las aplicaciones, algo inexplicable, voy a desconectar todas estas apps que de verdad son raras. Ademas es constante no puedo ayudarte si no me das el codigo de colaborador de tu tienda.
Do not use this company. I have spent 15 mins on a web chat and they cannot tell me how much they will charge for my number of email contacts, just keep sending me the same pricing table which says 'additional fees' will be applied and I have to upgrade and use in order to find out how much these fees are!
