Avada Email Marketing & SMS

Super easy to use ! They have everything I need in this app- templates for the newsletter, my SMS/email subscribers, automation campaigns, and support is quick to respond when you need help! All store owners need this app !

While setting up the forms and flows Hana helped a lot to me the customer service is great overall and the app is easy to navigate around and set up

Esther helped me really much setting everything up. The app is good and everything is easy to use especially with the support.

I love the app and love chatting with customer service in the chat. They are always available everytime. Need help. Candace is one of my fave! She does an amazing job helping me with all my questions and is always patient with me. I cannot recommend the Avada app enough for everyone.

As soon as I start typing, a customer service rep is right there live. Rainy really helped me out to see I needed to set some stuff up that I missed. Great app!!

The app has great functionalities and it is very easy to use. I have used other apps for marketing before and this is much cleaner and easier to use...which saves us a lot of time. Also, customer care is great...and has been proactive in offering to help, with Jasmine for example.

Love the automation and all of the workflows that are offered. The technical support has been great! Along with fixing my issues, they also offered some great advice for improving my workflows.

Ho trovato per caso quest'app ed include funzionalità che prima dovevo integrare con 2-3 altre app, per fortuna, grazia anche all'aiuto di Hana, sono riuscita a configurare il tutto e funziona molto bene. Ottima app, consigliata!

L'application est très facile d'utilisation et répertorie tout ce dont un e-commerçant à besoin. En ce qui concerne le service client, il est tout simplement super. Abby m'a énormément aidé et a su résoudre les problèmes techniques que j'avais très rapidement. Je recommande Avada !
