Email marketing with Avada is easy and user friendly. Lots of templates that I can use. Live chat agent,Lydia, was helpful and friendly. She helped solving my issue quickly.

This is a great app for email marketing, the app is easy to understand and the already-made templates are wonderful. They have an extremely helpful and fast customer service! Jasmine and Prakash was quick to respond and very patient.

The customer support staff for the AVADA products is among the best from any app or subscription I utilize for my business. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, especially Juliana. It is like talking with a friend. And that makes such a great difference.

This is THE BEST email marketing platform I have ever used! In the passed I've used all the big and the small platforms. But this is just such an amazing experience. The team is based in Singapore, but when they are "online" their support is just top notch! And their platform is so so easy and intuitive to use. It even balances the layout automatically with one block with image to the left and text to the right, next added is the other way around! Small things that just means so much. aaaannnndddddd! there is one more!
The segment features are outstanding! So easy to build segments based on almost everything! Purchase history, locations everything!!!

After have difficulty editing the context of the templates with my Apple product I decided to try my Asus computer and IT WORKED and I am so HAPPY. Great service. UX is good, there are sometimes that can miss or not find things but given the price it is awesome. In addition, the staff are incredibly helpful and will always help you to resolve your issues.
