This app is great for all aspects of email marketing and their customer service is some of the best I've seen. Great app overall would recommend

Lucy has great communication silks from AVA. I haven't used the full app yet on shopify and just started and has live agent right there to help you. Excellent.

I like AVA because: 1. Unlike other similar platforms full of bugs, it just worked. (I tried SMSBump, not recommended) 2. Live support was on point. Liz and Abby from chat was extremely helpful with the initial setup and answering questions. There is an ongoing issue with authentication from Shopify when using the Safari browser, otherwise I have no complaints.

Anytime I encountered technical issues, the live support was promptly available to diagnose and fix my issues. They have a habit of escalating technical issues immediately to their tech team and getting it resolved for the customer, which saves me a LOT of headache.
