It was Saturday when I have time most to work on my Shopify online store and of course I have most questions. I had doubt to start chatting and getting right answers because it was weekend. However, Abby responded and swiftly solved my problem. Also, I had the free plan (hasn't upgraded to a paid plan then), but still Abby's response was fast and direct to the point! Thank you Abby and I am now ready to commit to the app and expand my email campaign further to expand my store.

They are very fast in responding inside the live chat session with 24/7 support. Also helping in things that are complicated for me making my life easier.
