I recently started using Avada Email Marketing software, and as someone new to the platform, I was initially overwhelmed. However, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic, thanks to their excellent customer service.
I encountered an issue with setting up my first email campaign and wasn’t sure how to resolve it. I reached out to their support team, and Hana, one of their customer service agents, was incredibly helpful. She making sure I understood how to navigate the software. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the process so much easier for a beginner like me.
What I appreciated most was how quickly Hana responded and how she made sure that I was comfortable with everything before we ended the session. She even followed up later to ensure everything was running smoothly.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Avada Email Marketing software. It’s user-friendly, and the customer support is top-notch. If you’re new to email marketing or need reliable support, I highly recommend Avada. Hana and the team have certainly earned my trust!
Avada Email Marketing app is awesome. It helps you to send customized emails to your customers regarding any sales or updates about your store. In their chat support team, there is a person "Hana". She is very supportive, she helps me regarding any issues that I face. Overall the app is so good. New stores must try this app.

Very Fast and Quick Customer Service. Was just having a small issue and Hana came in very quick to fix the issue. Haven't had the app for long but seem like the app is very good and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
I would not recommend it because every time I send out a campaign we lose more subscribers. I asked about a customer sender's domain but I was referred to setting up different emails for marketing and transactions.
