Avada WhatsApp Chat, FAQ Page

It does so much for an app with excellent customer service! Every time I have a problem, I open the chatbot and get someone to help within 10 minutes most times. The customization is excellent. My only suggestion would be to allow the Track Order to have a page or allow us to put it on the top/bottom of the FAQ page. Other than that, I think it's great. I love how connected it is as well.

This app is great and the Avada team are wonderful to work with! I had the pleasure of being helped by Abby who was amazing and resolved my request so quickly. I highly recommend this app.

The application has some shortcomings in the form of the inability to add a drop-down section under products or on the home page, but if someone, for example, needs a faq page, you can easily add the faq page itself.
But what I am most satisfied with is the immediate help from the support, you get access to the support right away in the application panel, which immediately solves your problems, something amazing, especially thank you Abby, a very helpful person
