It's great that it offers a free plan, so starting merchants can afford it without big investments. Also, the 24/7 support chat is great, Hana and Toby did amazing job solving our problem!

Had a persistent issue with order mutliples/minimum order quantity not working in our locked wholesale section of store. The Avada team chatted with me on and off for a whole day, and a few days later the whole thing was fixed! Really great customer care and follow through from Alyssa, will definitely continue to use and recommend their products.

It's very user-friendly, CS is fast, and it tries to solve problems from the customer's perspective as much as possible. Easy to use. Even people who have difficulty in English will try to help as much as possible through a translator.

This is app is honestly very helpful. Im using it for my wholesale business to allow for viewing single price items and allowing customers to only pick the amount that comes in a case of goods.
