Hello! I am using this app to easily and automatically drop on my logistics FTP the invoices for each orders. Indeed, we need to include them to the parcels we ship out of EU. It works perfectly. Had a little issue at first (maybe because of a certificate to validate at first) but it was quickly solved by Fennic. Now I can stop being annoyed with missing invoices that have to be checked and downloaded :). Thanks

Really happy with the whole customer service experience. We have been using Avada for a couple of years without any problems at all or need to contact them. However, just recently, I needed the totals on the invoices set up in a specific way for UK to EU sales (IOSS Compliancy) and Avada were able to help me with this quickly and efficiently.
