Very quick and efficient support. They answered my question promptly. I definitely recommend this application.

I had a little bit problem with the app, but the support team got my back. they helped me for free with everything I needed. This app is really good and useful, it has more / better features than what they have written in their description.

Easy to configure, easy to use, easy to modify, multiples options and very good customer support.

We use this app to give our customers the functionality to download their own order invoices from a link in their order confirmation emails from Shopify.
This is an excellent app with an excellent customer service to help us in particular Abby from customer service responded to our query and resolved with a quick fix, very happy!

I wanted to change the default print template. Couldn't figure out how to do it through the app, so I reached out to customer support. Within an hour or two, they sent over a revised version, asked if it was what I needed. It was mostly perfect, with one item still needing to be changed. In less than 12 hours from the time I reached out, they had resolved my problem and made changes to my default template for me. This was great! Not just sending a link to "here's how to do what you need." But rather they actually did it for me. Thanks!
