Great to be able to customize my packing slips and invoices. And when I needed help, the support team replied within two shakes of a lamb's tail. I'll have to invite them to my ferret's birthday party next month
I installed this without any issues and, after a couple of questions about setup, was up and running with customised packing slips within 30 minutes. Excellent, fast support and a free app. What more could you ask for?!
The customer support was amazing, I was assisted by Tony, who managed to create a new formula for my problem that I couldn't fix anywhere else. I love this app and I will definitely be using it for months to come! Thank you..
Super app, free, ideal for shipping and invoice documents. Excellent App, Excellent Support, Fast and Responsive. Different types of documents, all essential for a good e-commerce. We highly recommend the use, beware of similar.
How is this not built into Shopify it is perfect. Liz was able to get me up and running in seconds and we were able to put the app to use immediately. Completley configurable and fully featured, I am not sure why you would use anything else
This app although its free i am telling you its far more advanced in features that most of the paid ones. Easy to configure and excellent support. Drake resolved one issue we had in less than a day, that is top! Thanks very much guys for creating this essential plugin to Shopify.
Fennic is a gem. Helped us to get our issue resolved quickly with a stop gap solution (we were on a delivery deadline), then committed to helping resolve the larger issue. Ik heb een proefperiode voor deze app afgesloten, maar deze na een paar dagen stopgezet. Ondanks dat ik op het einde van de periode zeer goed ben geholpen door medewerkster Rainy, werk ik niet meer met deze app om de volgende redenen: - support alleen per email bereikbaar. (In de periode van implementatie is dat niet wenselijk).
- trage reactie van support (ingegeven door mondiale tijdzones)
- onvoldoende antwoord op mijn implementatie vragen - begeleidende email is niet naar eigen inzicht in te regelen: zo is het niet mogelijk om paragrafen te creëren, alle tekst wordt 'plat' achter elkaar weergegeven.

First of all, I am sorry for the experience you've gone through. Maybe our support member misunderstood your questions so she couldn't explain it well.
About the test email you sent, it is in our default language. If you choose the language of email the same as billing language, then when sending out real email (you can place draft order to check this), it will show the correct language as you set up. So basically there is no issue here.
Next, you want to edit the email template more flexibly, right? I am sorry currently we support basic template editor. For more powerful email editor tool (like drag/drop or HTML), we suggest you integrate with AVADA Marketing Automation app. This app will handle all automation and marketing emails for you, include PDF invoice emails.
Please help me check your mailbox so that I can assist you better.

It is very difficult to setup. It is also not easy to change the visualization and templates offered in the app
This app isn't really an invoicing app, it is just a receipt. Don't be fooled. After you uninstall it, it doesn't completely get removed. It leaves a few little issues that can't seem to be resolved. Stay away.
