Using for invoicing. Would like the option to edit templates myself. However Prakash was kind enough to help me with the edits I wanted through the Support Chat. I was very satisfied with his help.

It's okay, some things could be better, f. e. it would be nice, if you can download more then 30 orders/invoices directly per one click one the page from avada. But the customer service from Drake was great!

Some parts of the translations & setups are a bit difficult to understand and handle. But you have a great support team that is answering very fast, friendly & helpful. Marcus did a great job helping me with all of my questions. Very dedicated and helpful guy. Thanks, Patricia

Great form options, it would be nice if we could view more orders per page. Needed some help recently and support was super responsive and Fennec answered my question in like 2 seconds.
