My company is new to Shopify & I am starting to build/develop our site and needed an improved customer order and invoice note from the Shopify standard.
Despite being very much an amateur in IT, this app is very user friendly and was simple to set up. There are 4 themes to play with in the free app, which was plenty of choice. It all looked great, but there was a feature missing. We include an option for customers to add a personalised name to our garments. It is entered by the customer via an open field in the product.
This information was not appearing on the invoices. I sent a message request to Avada, who replied straight away and had resolved the issue within a few hours.
