I am going to change my feedback based on my recent conversations with Esther and her team. They have worked consistently to improve my website speed.
Technical team has provided me regular and detailed updates on the actions they have performed to improve the speed. They have also provided some reasons that effects the speed score in general.

The Customer Service is extremely friendly and efficient. The Chat run by Abby is really well structured and translates almost flawlessly from my language.
I am Italian and run an Italian shop (albeit in English) in South Africa and this is the first time a customer service chat has such a good translation! Five stars well deserved!
