I would recommend Avada to anyone with a website they are absolutely amazing nothing is to much they have helped me though every bit of my website I couldn’t of done it without them they really have been amazing and so welcoming. They have made my website look amazing with how they have organised all my products. If your just starting your online store you need Avada

Only just installed the app and got the premium plan. Emily and Lydia from the support team helped me a lot and now their tehnical team is working on boosting my stores page speed. Will come back with another review after everything is done
While developing a website with many moving pieces, challenges and inexperience, I found myself in need of assistance with optimization. I went with Avada and I am glad I did.
The service is easy to use and if there are any issues customer service was quick to get it resolved. I reached out to the customer support team, Esther replied within 1 minute and resolved multiple issues I've encountered within 10 minutes. Esther was a monumental help in a space where time is of the utmost importance. Esther even gave me some honest feedback on my website which is a HUGE deal.

I keep running into a syntak error when I make changes in the Avada app, I'm worried about this issue and may end up being a deal breaker for me at the end of my free trial, I'm still undecided. But tonight I made some improvements, and I ran into the same error. I hopped on chat and Esther answered right away. I explained my issue and provided her the error I got. She contacted Technical Support and Toby assisted and he was able to quickly fix the issue. I have to say that the Customer Service is top notch with Avada, which is why I'm on the fence with staying or leaving, having the support they have, I quite impressive. Thank You Esther and Toby for your assistance this evening!
