We understand your frustration regarding the unexpected changes to your website's modules and the subsequent impact on your site’s performance. I'd like to clarify how our Speed Up feature works. When using our speed up feature, we provide two options: apply the changes to a duplicate theme or directly to your live theme. Using a duplicate theme allows you to avoid unexpected changes since some features may conflict with your existing theme code, especially considering any third-party apps that might be integrated.

According to our records, it appears that the speed optimization was initially applied directly to your live theme on July 22nd, despite warnings provided within the app. This is likely what caused the unexpected alteration to your footer's layout.

Please rest assured that any changes made through our speed optimization can be reversed by deactivating the specific feature or deactivating the app. Moreover, our technical support team is fully prepared to assist in ensuring all features are compatible with your theme. We suggest reinstalling the app so that we can assist you in resolving any remaining issues and ensuring that your website operates optimally.
