Avada SEO Speed Image Optimize

Initially, I left a 1-star review due to frustration with the Avada SEO & Image Optimizer app's compatibility issues with my template, resulting in website disruption. Fortunately, I had backed up my site before attempting to remove the app, allowing me to revert to a previous state. However, remnants of unused code remained, impacting my site's speed.

Avada proactively reached out to address my concerns, likely prompted by my negative review. Despite opting to resolve the issue independently, they offered assistance in properly removing the app to eliminate unnecessary code from my site. This proactive response led me to reconsider my initial assessment, acknowledging my frustration and the potential loss of work. Avada's dedication to rectifying the situation surpassed my expectations.

Although their proposed solution didn't align with my needs, the sincerity of their efforts is evident in the majority of reviews, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction even if it means losing a customer. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue.

Great for the busy e-commerce developer. Easy way to add alt and meta data to images. Lazy loading and instant page features also increased my ranking in Google searches. Overall 5 star review, I was asked to do this review after I had an issue with a recent update to my current theme. The instant chat support was fast to respond and was able to fix the issue while I focused on other projects. Great support team. Great App. Saved me hours and hours of boring work.

Would recommend for sure! Works good has a nice overview were you can see exactly what any issues or recommendations are! Live support is also awesome I had a few issues with converting images to modern format and some javascript loading error and thanks to Audrey and Anivia who were very nice and guided me through everything we got it all to work in no time!

straight forward audit and seo scan, picks up the issues and self explaintary to fix these issues. when needed, the contact us function works really well, i have always received prompt responses and get them fixed straight away while online with their staff. I worked with Abby and Tony this time, couldn't be happier about the experience. highly recommend!
