I recently reached out for assistance to the app and Ms Penelope came online and assisted with my Google Search Console, and I couldn't be more pleased with the support I received. From the moment I presented my queries, the guidance and helps extended was clear, concise, and incredibly helpful. I got live support and assistance.

Started out great, got a little rocky in the middle, but after working with Daisy from support we are 100% good to go and all issues resolved. Hoping this plugin continues to work so we can benefit from its value, this plugin really helps.

I have just joined Avada subscription and based on the suggestions my website needed some updates. I reached out to their support team and my lucky day I had Audrey on the other side to help me. I could have not asked for any better. She was so helpful, polite, knowledgeable and kept me posted for the whole process. Great for the busy e-commerce developer. Easy way to add alt and meta data to images. Lazy loading and instant page features also increased my ranking in Google searches. Overall 5 star review, I was asked to do this review after I had an issue with a recent update to my current theme. The instant chat support was fast to respond and was able to fix the issue while I focused on other projects. Great support team. Great App. Saved me hours and hours of boring work.

Initially, I left a 1-star review due to frustration with the Avada SEO & Image Optimizer app's compatibility issues with my template, resulting in website disruption. Fortunately, I had backed up my site before attempting to remove the app, allowing me to revert to a previous state. However, remnants of unused code remained, impacting my site's speed.

Avada proactively reached out to address my concerns, likely prompted by my negative review. Despite opting to resolve the issue independently, they offered assistance in properly removing the app to eliminate unnecessary code from my site. This proactive response led me to reconsider my initial assessment, acknowledging my frustration and the potential loss of work. Avada's dedication to rectifying the situation surpassed my expectations.

Although their proposed solution didn't align with my needs, the sincerity of their efforts is evident in the majority of reviews, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction even if it means losing a customer. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue.
