Easy to use app with some good pointers for optimization. Great customer service! Christian was so helpful and quick to troubleshoot our issue and solve it in a matter of a few hours.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry this billing experience left you frustrated.
Avada follows Shopify's official billing process - a charge can only happen after the merchant approves the subscription directly in the Shopify admin. We have no ability to charge a store without that approval. Your Pro plan was approved and stayed active for two billing cycles, and our activity logs show Pro features were in use during that time, which is why the charges were applied.
Your subscription has now been cancelled and your store is back on the Free plan, so no further charges will be made for any future billing cycle.
On your refund request: we have sent you two emails to follow up and haven't received a reply yet. Could you please check your inbox and your spam folder, then reply to us? Once you do, our billing team will review your request right away.
