Great experience with Avada. The team are very responsive and have helped me with my website to get the SEO up and speed optimisation. Would highly recommend this app and services.

I must say that I am amazed every time again with the speed of response and resolution of issues. Surely have seen a number of issues resolved by Lydia and Andrew resulting in the SEO suite working as it should. Haven't encountered this speed of response/resolution with any other app.

I've been using the app for about half a year, during that time I've had several app incompatibilities and issues that need to be fixed but I've spoken to several members of the support team and they've all been nice and helpful (most recently Christian and Toby) and when I have a difficult question the back office is also helpful. The app is constantly being improved, so as time goes on you get more value for your money. The app has a built-in page where users can indicate their needs and vote on the ideas already posted , which are visibly listened to and implemented, which is very positive.

This app is excellent, and the customer service is brilliant too. I dealt with Mia today and she went out of her way to help me with a few queries. Efficient, friendly and informative. Thank you.

Great app overall, SEO audits provide a friendly score which assists in selecting which pages/elements of pages need to be optimised. We have had many support sessions over the past few weeks whilst making changes to our store and the customer support has been excellent. Wait times have always been minimal and the issue/question has been sorted every time. Our most recent issue regarding .jpg to .webp conversion was sorted within 20 minutes by Ricky on live chat.
