So far so good. Only downloaded a few days ago but it's a very self explanatory app and I'm making changes which appear to be improving the site, according to Avada. Not sure yet if Google will rank me better! But most of all the help staff (like Penelope) are very warm and helpful.

Great Support – Helpful App
The support team is great! Tiana helped me very quickly and in a professional way. The app itself is good for SEO, but the free plan is quite limited, only 5 pages can be optimized.
Still, a solid option if you're just starting out.
I had some technical issues with my Shopify store and reached out for help. Lydia and Andrew were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in explaining what needed to be done. Not only did they help fix the issue, but they also made sure I understood the steps, so I could manage things better in the future.
