Feel cheated. We upgraded to pro and enabled many of their fancy features but no improvement as claimed. Have written to their customer support, waiting for help. will update if anything changes. Thanks!

dps q usei esse app aí ele removeu todas as avaliações da minha loja, as estrelas dos produtos e das coleções, o backup deles não funcionou além de ter piorado a velocidade da minha loja em até 10 pontos, conferi nos códigos e esse app instala uma porrada de script dentro da sua loja, recomendo usar outros, n sei se é padrão ou se fui azarado...enfim, não consegui recuperar as avaliações do ryviu, já reinstalei o app, refiz os códigos, terei q trocar

After deleting the App, i still find tons of files from Avada.. why cant you delete your whole app? It was not satisfiying for me.

There are cases when most SEO apps are uninstalled, the app can't auto-remove its code snippet because it no longer has access to your theme files. Like other SEO apps, after being uninstalled, the code still remains on your website because of some features like meta tags or structured data which inserts snippets into your theme. Therefore, we need to do an extra step to edit theme (file liquid template) and get them removed.

Be aware and stay away!
We installed this app and tried automatic improvement for page speed as well as some other automatic functions. The next day our SEO ranking dropped with over 2000 positions down, cathatstrophical for us and after contact with Avada they claim that this is not something that has to do with the changes the app did.
We did no other changes and our SEO score is still at this bad level even after trying to invert the changes made.

I wish we would have stayed far away from this app.

As mentioned in the feedback, the ranking dropped 1000 positions in your keywords after one day of using our app. I would love to ask for more information to investigate the issue wisely.

1/ What target keywords do you see a decrease in the ranking? What pages(s) are you referring to? We appreciate it if you let us know which tool and how you measure the ranking. The more information we have, the faster we can do to find out the root of the issue.

2/ Our app has two main benefits: optimize store speed (instantly) and ranking (long term). That said, rarely, the ranking drops badly after a night due to an application installed. Note that it takes 3-5 days for Google to index any change made on your site. There are still possible causes, and it is great to have your collaboration to find out exactly the culprit!

We are seeking your help to do a full audit to diagnose the problem and repair the process to ensure you won't have to go through anything like this again. I'm confident your next experience with our employees will be up to the high standard that you've come to expect from Avada.

Péssimo, ao inves de comprimir as imagens retirou varias imagens do meu site e descrição de produtos!
Por mim não daria nem 1 estrela!
paguei o plano para voltar as minhas imagens mas ele não restaurou a cagada que fez!!!!
NÃO RECOMENDO JAMAIS!

To be honest, at first I was skeptical about the program and thought and that it is going to be like other apps out there claiming to boost site speed. It didn't disappoint the support team was hungry for a review and did everything they could to speed up the site within hours. After the review was published, the speed crashed to 29 worse than what I started with 49. I've told them about the issue and they still didn't figure it out after 24 hours. My experience has been horrible. *Note this an updated review.

Emily is a very bad support person. Told her i had an issue, got told to ignore it. Told her the issues weren't there on another theme and can i not fix the issue, her response was what issue??
Told her i would remove avada SEO as Yoast support, supports. Got told sorry to hear that??
Asked to speak to a manager, got told we are all in a meeting....very bad support. I will be removing this app and going over to Yoast

This app can not handle the number of images it says it can and the support team has been totally inadequate in assisting with the problem. They say it is because of Shopify API limitations, if Shopify has limitations their app has the same limitations and they should not be making these false claims.
