I'm compelled to write a review because of the shocking and pick-pocketed service I received.

Firstly, I would rate this app a MINUS. I had to put one star, otherwise the review can't be submitted.

We found the widget functionality obnoxious for users. It will reopen on every page view if users don't accept or decline cookies and in order to fix this feature you need to pay for their enterprise plan. This crucial of a feature would be relatively easy to add but is intentionally being put behind a paywall and is the epitome of everything wrong with modern tech companies.

This app has proven to be the most detrimental to my business. It has caused significant damage to my store images and website speed, necessitating the complete re-creation of my store from scratch.

Impressed by the 4.9 rating, I installed this app on the 5th and allowed theme customization to enhance speed. Suddenly, conversions dropped, but our developer fixed it on the 7th. This is a terrible piece of software. Do not use any of its features. Without your knowledge, it can delete all your store's images and content, and the site you worked so hard to build will be gone.
