Even though I am a novice to the SEO world, when I ran across an issue with how my website was loading, I reached out to support. this is a great program. in fact i was connected to a live chat where they personally assisted me in using all the full features of their suite. great program

I really don't understand. I have already given them the source code of the website theme, but they keep asking to enter my store backend. I don't understand what they are trying to do. The after-sales customer service basically doesn't understand technology, and keeps asking me to wait. The problem was not solved until she got off work, and then she replied that she had already gone off work and she couldn't solve the problem. I really don't understand why I was treated like this after becoming a member. I'm really angry.

Below is my honest review after using app for 3-4 months
Pros -
1. Very good customer support
2. This app help to fix on page SEO issues
3. Easy to use
4. It does great job in reducing image file size and also does instant indexing
5. Some times their customer support report the SEO issues to users proactively and take action to get the issues fixed.
Cons-
1. You keep encountering many errors in the application even on the basic feature of the SEO app, however they resolve once you report.
2. They don't have mechanism for fixing priority issues off business hours though they have users from around the globe
3. While they call it as SEO suite they only support for on page and technical SEO no support for off page or local SEO which is important for your page to rank top in SERP
I am reducing the two stars as i am loosing my time due to issues on the app due to lack of quality check while releasing new versions.

Regarding the concern about custom meta data, please note that this feature is primarily intended for users who utilize the meta tags setting in the search appearance. This feature should only be enabled if you use the Avada's meta tags setting to apply mass meta tags across various pages while still having custom meta tags for specific pages. Since you are not currently using Avada's Meta tags feature, enabling custom meta data for each product or collection is not necessary.
