Im only starting my free trial but already it's been great. I have a lot of issues with my store and im not great with the technical stuff. I spoke to the support team and June guided me through lots of steps until her shift finished. Nim then picked up as soon as June finished and helped me with all of the issues remaining. The app is impressive with SEO and breakdowns however, the staff and customer service is amazing.

This tool seems unfinished and lacks lot of SEO feature. The APP ruined several features on my site, and there was no way back of reverting the issues myself. Support help me. But I do not recommend this APP

Regarding the missing features, Avada offers multiple SEO tools including SEO Audit, Structured Data, Meta Tags, and more. We'd love to know which specific features you were looking for so we can continue to improve.
As for the issues caused by the Speed Up feature, allow me to clarify. When using our optimization service, we offer two options: applying the changes to a duplicate theme or directly to your live theme. Using a duplicate theme helps prevent unexpected issues, especially when third-party apps are integrated. It's always safest to run the speed-up process on a duplicate theme. Our technical support team is also ready to assist and ensure all features work smoothly with your theme — all you need to do is let us know.
Please rest assured that any changes made through the app can normally be reversed by simply deactivating the features. In your case, our team took an extra step to manually remove all optimization code from your theme to be extra cautious, which took a bit more time.

best app ever i tought i needed booster seo because they have automated seo but this app is much better great costumer service and also much more tools and they even help you get pro feauteres even if you dont have a pro subscription
I contacted Avada support this afternoon regarding an issue with missing FAQ's showing on product pages. Mia and Ricky were extremely helpful and very quick (within a few minutes) in resolving this issue for me. They checked my settings and pointed me in the right direction to fix it. It was all explained very well to me and all my questions were answered. They sent screenshots for clarity too. Excellent service. Thank you so much!

Amazing Support & Game-Changing App!
