I had a very pleasant experience with Avada SEO (skylar) she was very helpfully and gave excellent customer service, she got the skills fixed my issue in just a few minutes.
The tool is amazing at identifying SEO issues but to me it lacks enough automation at fixing the issues it finds. I was excited about it then I had to cancel after 3 days and moved to a new tool. I am not happy that I only got a partial refund, even thou I uninstalled the app within the trial period. So keep that in mind as you use this tool.
Very prompt and fast support. Mia from the Avada team was super helpful. The app does what it says it does amazingly well and is no doubt one of the best in the market, but it is a little expensive when compared to other apps.

In addition to being an excellent app, questions are answered super quickly and efficiently. In my case, the person who helped me was Christian, who solved my problem in a matter of minutes.
I have no idea how this app has so many positive reviews, on this basis I installed it. However, I do not recommend it. Since installing it on Thursday, my website has crashed and I have lost many of my page 1 rankings on Google. It's now Sunday and I have uninstalled it! I can only hope my website recovers soon!

Google’s algorithm typically requires several weeks or even months to update search rankings based on changes made to your store. Since you only used the app for five days with minimal modifications to the settings, it is unlikely that the app significantly impacted your ranking. 2. Site Crashing Issue:
Our speed optimization tool offers two implementation options: applying changes directly to your live theme or to a duplicated theme for safer testing. We always recommend using a duplicated theme first to avoid unintended conflicts—especially if your store uses custom code or third-party apps. Certain optimization features may not be fully compatible with all themes, which can occasionally lead to issues if applied directly to the live version.
Please be assured that any changes made by our app can be fully reverted. Furthermore, our technical team is available to assist with any compatibility checks and ensure a smooth integration with your theme.
