This application disconfigured my entire store, I lost all settings and customizations. I don't recommend it at all!

Je suis amené à laisser une note de 1 malgré ma nature positive. En effet après un rendez-vous oublié par vous et un second annulé la veille. Du coup cela fait deux semaines d'attente inutile.
Deux semaines d'attente pour rien en terme de SEO est simplement inacceptable.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'un malentendu, car nous vous avons envoyé 3 emails pour vous guider à réserver une démonstration via le lien correct, mais vous avez continué à utiliser l'ancien lien.
Quoi qu'il en soit, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez finalement eu une session avec notre chef de produit. Après cet appel, il vous a envoyé 2 emails de suivi, mais nous n'avons pas encore reçu de réponse de votre part.

IT MESSED UP ALL OF MY FIRST IMAGE OF MY PRODUCTS! CUSTOMERS CAN'T SEE ALL THE IMAGES, ALL THE PRODUCTS BECAME UNAVAILABLE TO ALL MARKETPLACES!!! ESPECIALLY GOOGLE!!! I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY IF THEY CAN'T FIX THE ISSUES!! PLEASE HELP ME REPORT THIS COMPANY TO SHOPIFY!!!!!
This app is absolutely useless and don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. It doesn't do anything, the customer service doesn't know how the app works, what features it has etc. I am actually not sure what I am paying for it as it does absolutely no difference if one uses it or not. Waste of money can cannot recommend it.
they give you a coupon code and they charge you all the amount later. Also, nothing is running better in my shop with this app! NOT recommend!
Daisy from support the supervisor, never answered or helped me. The agents simply transfer me over to her and don't help either. I am paying for the app and it is a big inconvenience as they do nto help at all. UPDATE: after their reply, they did NOT contact me, I contacted them and they still tell me that a low speed is normal.
