the best thing is the live-chat support where customer service politely responds to your issues, immediately. Hana is very responsive, polite and straight to action. take the solution to my issue. very helpful! the hardest thing might be waiting for them to give you a solution, but not hANA. so far they really care, that's the most important thing.

Size Charts are customizable and support team is very friendly and eager to assist. Had a slight issue and Jasmine and William resolved it in a very timely manner. Also like that they stay on stand by until your problem is solved.
