I just installed this app and created my first offer on Upsell & Cross Bundle.
I had to request Emily from online support to help me. I am impressed with the knowledge and always willing to help attitude from Emily. Upsell has been a great tool to my store! I have gotten multiple people adding more to their cart because of it. Customer support is also super helpful if you have any questions. Abby was able to solve my issues quickly and was so easy to work with!
