App won't load my products list. Customer support couldn't help me. Instant uninstall.

I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. The images on the appstore is very appealing. However I cannot reach some of the screenshots shown there. And in some other cases, the pop-up is not shown on the page(s). Help pages are not quite well. I requested support via chat. There are two cases in there: A.They request store access and provide no response for 48 hours or B.No response at all. Overall I plan not to use it.

Does not work as intended at all. the upsell is not appearing in cart page, and there is no option of upsell in product page, only appears as pop up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that your wanted feature Upsell/Cross-sell under Inline form is not available in the mean time. It it so sad to see you go just after a few minutes!

Upon my checking in our roadmap, we are currently focusing on Upsell/Cross-sell Popup. Once the feature is fully optimized for the best user experience, we will start developing Upsell/Cross Inline type.

We know that the app is not for everyone. Someone may prefer Popup type while other users like you love Inline type. We hope you understand that we always try our best to improve the app that works flawlessly for you and your shoppers.
